Brothers,
We had an eventful February beginning with Grand Lodge in Grand Island February 4-6th. The Weather was a challenge but we who traveled made it out and back safely. We got special recognition during the public opening on the historical displays and I assure you Ne Lodge #1 has set the Bar very high. We also passed Lodge proficiency for the EA and FC Degrees. We had a good time out with 6 or 7 couples who joined up for the Valentine's Night out on Feb13th. We adjourned to the Tangier Shrine where we celebrated with Brother Tom Sorenson and his Wife with Tom beingselected as Commander of Legion of Honor this year. Congratulations Brother Tom!
We will be having the 3rd Annual Dinner/Dessert Auction to Benefit Masonic Youth. This year we are helping the Westside Assembly of Rainbow Girls. Come out and help support us. The Most Worshipful Grand Master John T Parsons as well as many Grand Lodge officers will be there as well. Remember we are planning to attend to a tour at the Masonic Home in Plattesmouth on Saturday the 20th of March. More on that later as details come to light.
